Yes. Posting a project and requesting a packaged service offer is free. Describe the job, pick a category and location, and select up to five local businesses. There is no checkout on this site for the work itself.

Compare their listing, reviews, portfolio, and the proposal they send. A paid listing means they can take leads and publish offers — it is not a quality inspection. A Verified Business badge means we reached them by phone, not that we endorse the work. You hire. You manage the job.

Payment is between you and the business you hire. Services Billboard does not process job payments, hold escrow, or take a commission on the work. Agree on price and terms with them before they start.
