1. Introduction
Welcome to ServicesBillboard. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website. ServicesBillboard is a marketplace that connects customers with local businesses. We also offer a public directory that business owners and authorised agencies may use to publish Name, Address, and Phone (“NAP”) listings. We do not employ those businesses, inspect their work, or mediate disagreements between users. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Eligibility & Membership
- 3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership.
- 3.2 Membership is subject to an application process and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion.
- 3.3 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
4. Use of the Platform
- 4.1 Members agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
- 4.2 Misuse, including fraudulent bookings, abusive communication, or breach of policies, may result in account suspension or termination.
- 4.3 We may modify or remove content or services without prior notice.
5. Bookings & Payments
- 5.1 Members may book services via the platform, subject to availability.
- 5.2 Fees, payment methods, and cancellation terms are outlined at the time of booking.
- 5.3 Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party systems.
6. Service Providers and disputes
- 6.1 Free directory listings are not reviewed or curated by us. A listing may be published by the business owner or by an authorised Agency. Paid membership lets a business take project leads and publish service offers. A Verified Business badge, if shown, means we reached that business by phone. It is not an inspection of their work, a licence check we guarantee, or an endorsement of quality.
- 6.2 Each provider operates independently and is solely responsible for the services they deliver. The agreement for the work is between the customer and the provider.
- 6.3 We do not guarantee outcomes. We do not intervene in, mediate, or settle disagreements, discussions, or disputes between customers and providers. Those parties must resolve issues with each other.
- 6.4 Providers must use the platform lawfully and professionally. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy breaches. That is not a substitute for resolving a job dispute.
7. Agency Program
- 7.1 The Agency Program lets an Agency use one login to (a) create an agency account, (b) enter the Agency’s own listing information using the same listing fields as other businesses, and (c) add one or more client listings, including by spreadsheet import where we offer it.
- 7.2 An Agency account is not a licence to publish a business without permission. By creating or updating a listing, the Agency represents and warrants that it is authorised by the Listed Business to publish that business’s name, address, phone, website, hours, category, photos, and any other listing content, and to keep that information current.
- 7.3 Client listings must use the Listed Business’s real NAP — the same name, street (where applicable), and phone that should appear in public citations. The Agency must not substitute the Agency’s office name, phone, or address on a client listing unless that is in fact the Listed Business.
- 7.4 The Agency login email is for account access. It is not shown as the public listing phone or address. Public contact details on a listing are those entered for that Listed Business.
- 7.5 Listings are public directory pages intended as citations. Search engines and citation tools may index them. We do not promise to push listings to Google, Bing, or other third-party directories, and we are not a substitute for those services.
- 7.6 Free directory listings are not a match for projects and cannot take leads or publish offers. Paid membership and lead credits, if used, apply under the same rules as for other Service Providers. Taking leads or publishing offers for a client listing does not make us a party to the work or a guarantor of the Listed Business.
- 7.7 The agreement for any job is between the customer and the Listed Business (or the person who actually performs the work). Unless the listing is the Agency’s own business, customers are not hiring the Agency merely because the Agency manages the listing. We do not inspect work, mediate, or settle disputes.
- 7.8 The Agency is responsible for the accuracy of every listing on its account, for correcting errors, and for removing a listing when it no longer has authority. If a Listed Business or another person with a legitimate interest tells us a listing was published without authority or with false NAP, we may edit, unpublish, or delete that listing and may suspend or terminate the Agency account.
- 7.9 Spreadsheet or bulk import is a submission by the Agency. The Agency must have the right to provide each row of data and is solely responsible for the contents of the file.
- 7.10 A single-business owner account may publish one listing. Agency tools (multiple listings and import) are limited to Agency accounts. We may refuse, convert, or limit accounts that misuse the Agency Program, including publishing businesses the Agency does not represent.
- 7.11 When an Agency submits a client listing, they must provide the Listed Business’s owner email so we can notify that person. The owner may confirm that the Agency may keep managing the listing, take the listing onto their own account, or report an unauthorised listing. A report may cause us to unpublish the page.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- 7.1 Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and are stated at the point of booking.
- 7.2 Members must review cancellation windows to avoid fees.
- 7.3 Refunds are subject to approval and may be processed within 7–10 working days.
