Gutter Cleaning and Repair

Most shops do not have a marketing department. You need the next job — without paying five other businesses to call the same homeowner.
Word of mouth dries up. Yard signs only work if you are already on the street. Google ads get expensive the moment you are busy enough to need them.
You pay $15–$60 for a “lead,” then three other companies call the same person. You still pay if they already hired someone, wanted a free estimate, or never pick up.
Every shared lead is a race. Painters, stylists, and inspectors should not have to write a custom quote every time the work is the same package they already sell.
Typical lead-gen platforms sell access to a phone number. We sell a seat. You decide which jobs to take.
| What you pay for | Typical lead-gen platforms | Services Billboard |
|---|---|---|
| When money leaves your pocket | You pay per lead, even if you never win the job | You spend lead credits only when you accept a matching job or offer request. Decline is free. |
| Who else got the same lead | Often sold to several businesses at once. First one to call “wins.” | The customer picks up to 5 businesses. You still choose whether to take it. |
| What the customer actually wants | A form fill. Maybe they wanted a price. Maybe they were browsing. | A posted project with a description — or a request for your packaged offer at the listed price. |
| Contact details | Phone dumped on you immediately, and on everyone else who bought the lead | Email, phone, and street stay hidden until the customer hires you |
| Cut of the job | Some take a booking fee or a percentage | No commission. Payment is between you and the customer. |
| Packaged work (same job, same price) | Usually not. You quote from scratch every time. | Service offers on a paid seat: “I’ll paint a 10x10 room for $350.” |
| Getting in the door | Pay to play from day one | Free Citation listing in the directory. Upgrade when you want leads. |
| 3 roofing jobs this month | $45–$180 in lead fees — and you pay even if you never win the work | $29 Basic Pro. Roofing uses 6 credits, so 20 credits cover 3 jobs you choose to take. |
We do not inspect work or settle job disputes. A paid listing is not a quality stamp.

On Services Billboard, the customer picks the businesses they want — we do not sell their phone number as a lead.
Basic Pro is $29 a month for 20 lead credits. A roofing job uses 6 credits, so a roofer can take 3 matching jobs they actually want. Typical lead-gen platforms charge $15–$60 per phone number — and you pay whether you get the job or not.

Respond to projects and service requests with a quote or estimate, list packaged offers, or both. Hairdressers, painters, and home inspectors often skip custom jobs — their menu is the offer. We are not a bidding marketplace.
A customer posts a project or service request. Paid businesses in that category can be matched. If they select you, accept with lead credits, show interest, and send a quote or estimate in the app.
If the job is the same every time, list the package. Customers search those offers and contact you in the app. You accept with the same lead credits as a posted-project lead in that category.
Listing the offer is included in Basic Pro (up to 5) and Elite Pro (up to 10). Free Citation cannot publish offers.
Four steps. You quote. You manage the job. We do not step into disagreements.

Take matching jobs when they are posted. Connect with up to 100 jobs a month. Higher-ticket work uses more credits.
Credits are a monthly cap, not a promised number of leads. You spend lead credits only when you accept a matching job or offer request. A handyman job uses 1 credit; plumbing 3; HVAC 4; roofing 6. Unused credits do not mean jobs are owed.
Lead credits, offers, contact, and pay — in plain language.
Create a free Citation listing: register as a business, add your company name, city, and category. That listing appears in the public directory. A free listing cannot take project leads, send a quote or estimate, or publish service offers. You can add license and insurance details yourself. We do not inspect the work, and a listing is not a quality endorsement.
A directory listing is free. To take project leads and publish packaged service offers, upgrade to Basic Pro ($29/month) or Elite Pro ($79/month). We do not take a commission on jobs you win. Paid membership is a seat plus monthly lead credits. Credits cap how many jobs you can take; they do not promise how many jobs will be posted.
Lead credits are the units paid businesses use on Services Billboard to take work. They live in your wallet. A free Citation listing puts you in the public directory. Lead credits are what let you accept a matching posted project or a customer's request on one of your service offers. They are not a fee to enter a bidding contest, a ranking boost, or a commission on the job.
How they are used. Credits are spent only when you accept. Decline or ignore is free. After you accept a posted-project lead, you can send a quote or estimate in the app — that does not spend another credit. Accepting a request on a packaged service offer uses the same credits as a posted-project lead in that category. Email, phone, and street stay hidden until the customer hires you.
Cost is weighted by trade, so a month of credits is not a promise of that many jobs. A typical handyman job uses 1 credit; plumbing 3; HVAC 4; roofing 6.
What you get each month.
Credits cap how many jobs you can take. They do not promise how many jobs will be posted. The 5 or 10 service offers are how many packages you can list. Taking a request on an offer still spends lead credits from the same wallet.
Need more credits? On a paid plan, open Lead Credits in your dashboard (or the top menu) and buy extra packs - 10 credits for $5, 20 for $9, 50 for $20, or 100 for $35. Free listings must upgrade before they can buy credits or take leads.
Yes, on a paid plan. Free Citation cannot list offers. Publishing an offer is included in the paid seat and is capped by your plan. When a customer requests that package and you take the request, it spends the same lead credits as accepting a posted-project lead in that category.
Not when you accept a lead. Email, phone, and street stay hidden until the customer hires you. After you accept, you can message on the project in the app without seeing their contact details.
Payment is between you and the customer. Services Billboard does not process job payments, hold escrow, or take a cut of the job price. You and the customer set terms. We do not inspect the work or mediate disagreements.
Yes. Change your plan from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect when billed. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
