We are a custom builder, we custom design your plan to meet the needs and desires of you and your family. We can work with the plan you have or can modify any plan you may find in a book or that you may have, or can create your dream home together, using your design ideas. We work with you to incorporate your budget and the plan to best fit your requirements.
One way we are different that most builders is that we can do any or all of the work for you. Most our clients play an active part in the building and they use us to do the design, budget and build the frame of the home, then they act as their own General Contractor (with our help and expertise) to complete the home and earn some instant equity. We can also do everything if you do so wish.
