Cardan replaced the sub floor, floor tile, toilet, vanity, sink, faucet, moldings, and painted.

Mr. Bonin bid this job for me last spring but before work could begin, my job forced me out of town. After several months, I contacted Mr. Bonin and explained that my job was keeping me much longer than anticipated. I made arrangements to have the keys given to him and in a few days he performed an excellent job on my guest bath. He did exactly as he bid several months ago and even the additional things I asked for with less expense than I thought. I highly recommend Cardan and Dan Bonin for his attention to detail, honesty, on time performance, and most especially, the quality. He took a bad situation with a rotted out sub floor, replacing it, and matched the tile exactly as it was before, a really great job. Dan is a very amiable person and easy to work with. In fact, I am now having him look at some work in my main bath.
Could not be more pleased.
