The first time we used Cardan Construction was for a 535 square foot addition to a 1921 bungalow. Cardan's added 2 bedrooms, and hallway and a bathroom. We were so happy with the work that we have also used Cardan Construction to replace 1 exterior door and 2 windows, do a bathroom remodel-new flooring (not an easy job to level and square a floor in such an old house, but it came out beautifully), and even something as small as installing an icemaker in a new refrigerator.

Our original job-the 2 bedroom/bath addition, came out beautifully. The exterior has drawn compliments from people in the neighborhood, impressed with how seamlessly it matches the original 1921 part of the house. The inside is the same way-unless you were told, it would be impossible to tell where the "old" house ended, and the new addition began. Which is exactly how I wanted it. The other jobs-replacing/upgrading doors and windows has gone wonderfully-no leaks, drips-all perfectly installed. Cardan's has also removed a wall heater from the hallway, as well as a wood burner and brickwork from the den-again, faultless work-even we can't tell where they used to be! The last little job was installing an icemaker. As we have come to expect from Cardan's - perfect.
Fair prices, excellent workmanship, and trustworthy. You never need to wonder if this is someone safe to have in your home. We just stumbled on them originally in the yellowpages-the firm we had originally lined up stood us up and never showed. Picking Cardan's was the best decision we could have made.
