Brick Masonry

While brick masonry is similar to block masonry, brick masonry is a finished product and must be completed with perfection to allow lines to match up correctly. Concrete Mason

Pouring wet concrete is a job that’s completely different from stacking brick or block. A wooden or steel form is built to contain the wet concrete. Any steel or rebar is bent and tied into place within the slab or wall. Plastic vapor barriers and insecticide must be placed onto the surface before any concrete is poured. Once the concrete is delivered onsite, it is poured from the truck directly to the site or into a concrete pump where it is then delivered to the worksite. Upon release, it is smoothed and finished until the surface is finished and has cured.
