Wayne went beyond all my expectations in helping us effect repairs to a home that was on the market and we were by necessity in another state. Not only was he and his group capable in a variety of repairs but Wayne went the extra step by detailing with photos of the work in progress but even the work done by other contractors. This was invaluable not only for documentation of completed work but for personal piece of mind. His ability to contact contractors outside of the technical capabilities of his own helpers was immensely helpful. With his help and communications we were able to complete all necessary repairs in the limited time frame we required. I would highly recommend his services.
